Customers usually appreciate it if they can easily spot the product they are looking for among the host of products on the shelves. It is very important to keep shelves orderly and equip the products on them with price tags and markers. A lack thereof can cause dissatisfaction among shoppers. Customers are also extremely unhappy if the product they want is not on the shelf.

visits stores previously selected together prior to the commencement of sales promotion activities,

positions products in accordance with store planograms or client requirements,
